Andrea Hennen
Andrea began her career in 1984 as a massage and physiotherapist in athletics. Continuous learning in various manual techniques and studies in neuroscience over the years led her to study the Feldenkrais Method® from 1992 to 1996 in San Francisco, USA, with Paul and Julie Rubin at the Institute of Somatic Education. Since then Andrea has been working in her own full-time practice in various countries, including Switzerland, Germany and France. From 2017 to 2020 she continued her studies with Anat Baniel and is now also an Anat Baniel – NeuroMovement® Practitioner for children and adults.
Andrea has travelled the world to work with children with special needs and give parents and children workshops while maintaining her busy practice in Germany. In particular, she has made many visits to UAE, Egypt, KSA, Hong Kong and India. Since March 2020, Andrea has also specialised in online coaching at home for adults, parents and caregivers of children with special needs, and therapists.
Andrea loves being active in nature with her dog Oscar, walking, traveling the world, meeting with new people and cultures but also enjoys calm days with gardening , long walks with her dog near her beautiful home town and base in Losheim am See, Germany.
